How It Works

Welcome to Emailyze – your smart solution for fast and accurate email validation. Getting started is simple. Follow the steps below to install, activate, and start validating your emails.

Step 1

Download & Install the App

Get started by downloading the Emailyze client for your system.

  • Visit Download Page and download the Emailyze client for your system (available for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions).
  • Install the application on your computer by following the on-screen instructions.
Step 2

Create an Account & Get Your API Key

Login to the Emailyze Portal to get your unique API key.

  • Login to the Emailyze Portal at Emailyze.app.
  • After your first login, you will automatically receive a unique API key and 25 free trial tokens (sent to your registered email address).

This API key is your unique identifier to access Emailyze services.

Step 3

Activate Your Desktop App

Open the installed Emailyze app and activate it with your API key.

  • Open the installed Emailyze app on your computer.
  • Go to the Registration section.
  • Enter your API key to activate the app.

Once registered, you can start validating single emails or bulk email lists directly from your machine.

Step 4

Buy & Recharge Tokens

To continue validating beyond the trial, purchase tokens from the portal.

  • Login to the Emailyze Portal and purchase tokens.
  • Each time you buy tokens, they will be recharged automatically to your existing API key.

Your API key always stays the same – no need to update it in the desktop app after recharging.

Start Validating Emails

You’re all set! Start validating emails with Emailyze.

  • Validate individual emails for quick checks, or
  • Upload and validate bulk email lists stored on your machine.

Results are shown instantly with clean reports to help you filter valid, risky, and invalid addresses.

How do credits work?
Credits are tokens you use for email validation. One credit is required per email address validated—whether you’re using bulk validation or single email validation. Each credit allows you to verify and score one email address.
Do my credits ever expire?
No, credits never expire. All credits you purchase or receive through promotional offers will remain available in your account until you use them.
Do you store or share my data?
No. We never share your data. Files you upload are securely processed and automatically deleted from our servers after 30 days. Your validation results remain available in your local database on your machine for as long as you choose.
Can I validate emails without an internet connection?
No. An active internet connection is required to connect to our servers and validate email addresses in real-time.
What formats are supported for bulk email validation?
We currently support CSV and TXT files for bulk uploads. Make sure your file has one email address per row for the best results.
What happens if I try to validate more emails than my available credits?
If you don’t have enough credits, only the number of emails that match your available balance will be processed. The remaining emails will not be validated.
How accurate are the validation results?
Our system uses multiple verification checks (syntax, domain, MX records, and advanced algorithms) to provide highly accurate results. However, no system can guarantee 100% accuracy due to real-time changes in email servers.
Can I export my validation results?
Yes. You can export your validated results into CSV format for easy use in your email campaigns or CRM.
Can I use Emailyze on multiple devices?
Yes, you can install Emailyze on multiple devices, but you’ll need to log in with the same account. Credits are shared across devices.
